Lease offerings this season!

We will be leasing a larger selection of new and used adult and childrens skis, boards, boots and poles from brands like Atomic, Blizzard, Tecnica, Dalbello, Elan, Salomon & Burton.  New equipment will be leased for 50% of the retail price with the option to purchase the equipment at the end of the season. What is a ski/board seasonal lease?

The Ski Bum gives you the ability to lease new and used adult and youth ski and snowboard equipment for the entire season. For children leasing enables you to put your child in the correct size equipment and allowing them to progress faster and enjoy winter sports. For adults, it is a less expensive way to discover skiing and/or snowboarding.

The leasing program starts October 22nd and we will accommodate everyone as best as possible while supplies last. Stop in early for the best selection.

We will size you and/or your child and fit you/them in the appropriate equipment. We then will adjust and tune up the gear and allow you to keep it until the end of April.

If your child grows or you have a fit issue during the season we will do everything we can to re-fit you or your child, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fit all circumstances.

To lease we need the following:

1. A valid drivers license

2. A valid credit card (not a debit card) that expires after June 2025

New Lease Pricing

To lease new equipment you pay 1/2 of the price of the equipment at the time of leasing and you keep the equipment until the end of April. At that time you can either return the equipment for the season or pay the 2nd 1/2 and keep the equipment.

Please note:

• All equipment is rented on a first come first served basis. There are no reservations.
• Renters under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian present to sign the rental forms.
• A credit card in the renter's name is required for a security deposit. Debit cards; check cards, cash and checks cannot be used for the security deposit.
• Rental rates are subject to change.
