Ski Boots
There are many factors that go into determining which boot is right for you. Your height, weight and foot shape need to be considered. Your ability level will also help determine which model is best for suited you – more experienced skiers will want a stiffer boot that offers more control and better power transmission, while less experienced skiers might consider a more forgiving boot with a softer flex and more emphasis on comfort and convenience. Unfortunately, most people buy ski boots that are too big for them. A ski boot that fits poorly can be uncomfortable, cause cold feet and give you less control of your skis. A properly fitted ski boot will make it easier to control your skis, keep your feet warmer and allow you to have a more enjoyable day on the slopes. Whether you are an expert, aspiring to become one, or are just happy being out on the slopes, getting a proper fit starts with a visit to our expert boot fitters. Let us put our years of experience to work for you and we will help you take your skiing to the next level. By measuring and analyzing your foot shape, as well as discussing your ability level and skiing style, we will help you select the right boot, explain how a foot bed can customize the fit of the boot, and make all the necessary adjustments so you get a perfect fit. At The Ski Bum we guarantee the fit of your boots for 12 months from the date they were purchased. The Ski Bum guarantees that the boots we help you select will perform as stated and fit as designed. A properly fitted boot may still cause slight problems and minor discomfort during the first couple of uses. It may be necessary to return to the store for additional fittings, which we will perform at no charge. If after a minimum of two additional fittings the boots are still not to our mutual satisfaction, we will offer you a store credit towards a new pair of boots. If you do not choose a boot that is recommended by The Ski Bum due to model or size or do not allow The Ski Bum to adjust the boots to our satisfaction, then we reserve the right to void the boot fit guarantee. The boots must be in good condition when returned; excessive use or damage will also void the guarantee. |
